Company History

Founded in 2012, Delta Engineering Group LLC is a Maryland-based engineering and construction management firm led by Founder & CEO Eng. Michael Yadeta. The company has grown into a trusted partner for U.S. federal agencies, state DOTs, and international donor-funded infrastructure programs across North America and Africa.

From an initial focus on transportation and heavy-civil design-build work, Delta expanded into aviation, federal facilities, and international donor programs. Today the firm is headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland, with a regional office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, delivering construction management, resident engineering, and program controls on multi-year contracts.
